Refund Policy
Because our course consists of digital educational content and access may be provided immediately after payment, course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been provided.
However, if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact our support team.
Duplicate Payment
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course purchase, please contact us with the transaction details. We will review the payment and, where appropriate, process the duplicate-payment refund.
